This London-based B2B SaaS company simplifying B2B purchases have created the world’s first procurement orchestration layer that enables the entire purchasing process to take place on one platform.

Having secured $5m in funding they are looking for their First Engineering Manager. Helping to Manage the Engineering department with the CTO, they're looking for a Engineering Manager that has had experience working in a dynamic small start up company.

Managing a highly qualified technology department & helping create a strong Engineering Culture this Engineering Manager will have an opportunity to play a "founding" role in the companies culture moving forward.

Engineering Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ Years as a Software Engineer

  • 1+ Year as an Engineering Manager

  • Strong experience using JavaScript & TypeScript

  • Stack; React, Next.js TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS

  • B2B / SaaS Product experience

  • Track record of performing exceptionally, a love for engineering & have high aspirations for yourself

  • Happy to be in the Central London office 3 days per week

Engineering Manager Desirables:

  • Have been a Founder/Co-Founder in the past

  • Russel Group University Degree or Masters

  • Mentoring Experience
