SOLUTION
Dragonfly provided a temporary test manager for each to manage the initial engagement and put a mid-level resource in-place
The senior technical testing engineers and test manager provided ad-hoc and on-demand technical testing expertise when required, with no ongoing commitment
Dragonfly also placed junior engineers at each client for six weeks to provide extremely affordable capability to kick-start test automation.
OUTCOME
For each client, they gained very affordable on-site capability, with supervision and support on an ad-hoc basis
Rapidly brought the client up to speed with testing best-practices and strategies to deal with their specific problems, without them requiring a dedicated senior resource
20-50% of the application tests were automated by the junior engineers within six weeks.
