After a series of production outages the client recognised the need to review and transform its testing capability.

 

Dragonfly was engaged to undertake a test capability assessment and define and implement the subsequent transformation roadmap.

  • Mapped the journey from ‘as is’ capability to target test model, providing an appropriate selection of work packages from our transformation asset library

  • Implementation of a phased transformation of test practice, amending Dragonfly test artefacts and assets and rolling out the required changes.

  • A solid foundation for testing, namely: a benchmarked set of testing standards, ISO-29119-aligned processes and artefacts, formalised test governance and control, an agreed set of KPIs and dashboard and a communications strategy
